About

True North Ball Hockey was founded to help move ball hockey in British Columbia into its next stage of growth. Based at Langley Events Centre and open to players and teams from across the province, True North provides a consistent home for organized, year-round competition.

Created by players, the league is built around clear communication, reliable scheduling, consistent rule enforcement and a player-informed approach to competition. Its divisions are designed to challenge established players while providing a pathway for others to progress toward elite-level play.

True North’s long-term plans include the Nations Cup, the Senior Western Canadian Championship, women’s divisions and development opportunities for youth and senior players.

By working with leagues, associations, teams, businesses and community organizations, True North aims to support a stronger and more connected ball hockey system throughout British Columbia—one that creates meaningful opportunities for players and helps BC teams compete at the national level.
